Mr. Angel Martinez is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Martinez is currently the nonexecutive Chairman of Board of Directors of Deckers Outdoor Corporationration, a global leader in designing, marketing and distributing innovative footwear, apparel and accessories developed for both everyday casual lifestyle use and high performance activities. He served as CEO and President of Deckers from April 2005 until his retirement in May 2016, Prior to joining Deckers, he was Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Keen LLC, an outdoor footwear manufacturer, from January 2005 to March 2005, after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2003 to December 2004, and as an independent consultant since June 2001. Prior thereto he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Reebok International Ltd. and as Chief Executive Officer and President of The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok. Mr. Martinez graduated from the University of California, Davis, in 1977. since 2017.
