Ms. Debra J. Perry is an Independent Director of KornFerry International. Ms. Perry currently serves on the boards of directors of Accenture, Inc., the Sanford C. Bernstein Fund, Inc. and Genworth Financial Inc. . Ms. Perry was a member of the board and chair of the Audit Committee of PartnerRe, a Bermudabased reinsurance company, until the sale of the company to a European investment holding company in March 2016. From 1999 to 2001, Ms. Perry served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Credit Officer, and from 1996 to 1999, she was a group managing director for the Finance, Securities and Insurance Rating Groups of Moodys Corporationrationration. Ms. Perry has also been a managing member of Perry Consulting LLC, an advisory firm specializing in credit risk management and governance within the financial industry since 2008. since 2008.
