Mr. Russell C. Horowitz is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Horowitz is a founder of our Company and has served as the Executive Director of our Board of Directors since February 2015. Previous to that, Mr. Horowitz served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer since our inception in January 2003. Mr. Horowitz was previously a founder of Go2Net, a provider of online services to merchants and consumers, including merchant Web hosting, online payment authorization technology, and Web search and directory services. He served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from its inception in February 1996 until its merger with InfoSpace in October 2000, at which time Mr. Horowitz served as the Vice Chairman and President of the combined company through the merger integration process. Additionally, Mr. Horowitz served as the Chief Financial Officer of Go2Net from its inception until May 2000. Prior to Go2Net, Mr. Horowitz served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Xanthus Management, LLC, the general partner of Xanthus Capital, a merchant bank focused on investments in earlystage companies, and was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Active Apparel Group, now Everlast Worldwide since 2019.
