Mr. David Lebow is Independent Director of the Company. He joined Townsquares Board in 2010. Mr. Lebow is an investor, advisor and independent management consultant. Most recently, Mr. Lebow was Chief Revenue Officer at YP, overseeing a 3, 000person sales organization, until April 2017. Prior to joining YP in December 2012, Mr. Lebow served as PresidentRevenue of Group Commerce in NYC, a role he assumed in June 2011. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and a director of Oberon Media, Inc. from October 2010 through February 2011 and served as Chief Executive OfficerPresident of Internet Broadcasting Systems, from July 2007 through June 2010. He also served as a board member of Internet Broadcasting Systems. Mr. Lebow was Executive Vice President and General Manager of AOL Media Networks from 2002 to 2007. In this role, he oversaw the AOL Commerce business, AOLs advertising operations, and played a large role transforming AOL from a dialup ISP into a consumer web portal. He served as senior vice president of Emmis Communications, a diversified media company. He also oversaw media properties for AMFMChancellor Media. In January 2010, he was elected to the Ithaca College Board of Trustees where he serves as Vice Chairman. Mr. Lebow graduated from Ithaca College in 1983 with a degree in broadcast communications management since 2010.

Townsquare Media Leadership Team
