Ms. Jingbo Wang is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, CoFounder of Noah Holdings Limited. She is the cofounder and was the Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer since inception. Ms. Wang has over ten years of experience in asset and wealth management services industry. Prior to cofounding our company, from May 2000 to September 2005, Ms. Wang worked in several departments and affiliates of Xiangcai Securities, a securities firm in China. Ms. Wang served as the head of the private banking department at Xiangcai Securities from August 2003 to September 2005, where she established the securities firms wealth management business. Prior to that, she worked as a deputy head of ABN AMRO Xiangcai Fund Management Co., Ltd., a joint venture fund management company, from February 2002 to August 2003, and the head of the asset management department at Xiangcai Securities from May 2000 to February 2002. Ms. Wang was the financial controller and general manager for the settlement center of Chengpu Group from September 1994 to December 1999. Ms. Wang received her masters degree in management and her bachelors degree in economics from Sichuan University in China since 2005.
