Ms. Caron A. Lawhorn is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of One Gas, Inc., effective March 1, 2019. Ms. Lawhorn as senior vice president, commercial, natural gas distribution of ONEOK. From March 2011 to December 2012, she was president of ONEOKs distribution companies. In 2009, she was named senior vice president, corporate planning and development of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners, responsible for business development, strategic and longrange planning and capital investment. She was named senior vice president and chief accounting officer of ONEOK in 2007, adding responsibility for ONEOK Partners in 2008. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of financial services and treasurer of ONEOK from 2005 to 2006. She joined ONEOK in 1998 as manager of auditing, after serving as a senior manager at KPMG and chief financial officer of Emergency Medical Services Authority in Tulsa. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the boards of directors of the Southern Gas Association and the Tulsa Area United Way and is executive chair of the board of trustees of Saint Simeons Episcopal Home since 2019.
