Mr. Curtis L. Dinan is Senior Vice President Commercial of One Gas, Inc., effective March 1, 2019. Mr. Dinan has served as senior vice president, natural gas of ONEOK Partners with responsibility for ONEOK Partners commercial activities in its natural gas gathering and processing and natural gas pipelines segments. From January 2007 until March 2011, Mr. Dinan was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. Mr. Dinan was also a member of the ONEOK Partners board of directors of Directors from October 2007 until March 2011. He joined ONEOK in 2004 as vice president and chief accounting officer, after being an audit partner with both Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Dinan has served on the boards of directors of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Texas Pipeline Association. Mr. Dinan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs since 2021.
