Mr. Peter Arkley is Independent Director of the Tutor Perini Corporationration He has served as Senior Managing Director, Construction Services Group of Alliant Insurance Services, an insurance and bonding brokerage firm, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the construction business and financial strategy. More recently, Mr. Arkley was appointed to oversee Alliant Specialty Group, which includes aviation, agribusiness, public entity, health care, real estate, energy and marine, executive risk and construction. From 1994 to 2008, he served as the ChairmanChief Executive Officer of AONs United States Construction Services Group, an insurance and bonding brokerage firm, and from 2008 until June 2011 he served as the Managing PrincipalChief Executive Officer of AONs Global Construction Group. Mr. Arkley has extensive knowledge and expertise in insurance surety and financial service markets. Mr. Arkley provides the Board insight on risk management and financial service matters since 2000.
