Mr. Daniel S. Fulton is an Independent Director of TRI Pointe Group., since July 7, 2014. Mr. Fulton has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 7, 2014. Mr. Fulton served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company from 2008 through 2013, when he retired after nearly 38 years with the company. Prior to becoming Weyerhaeuser Company Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Fulton served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of WRECO from 2001 to 2008. During Mr. Fulton tenure as Weyerhaeuser Company Chief Executive Officer, he was a member of the Business Roundtable, where he served as the chair of the BRT Housing Subcommittee, and served on the boards of a number of industry associations, including NAFO, NAREIT, SFI and the AFPA . Mr. Fulton is the past chair of the Washington Roundtable, where he continues as a member, and is the past chair of the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University, where he continues to serve as an Executive Fellow. Mr. Fulton is a director of Saltchuk Resources, a privatelyowned company primarily engaged in transportation and distribution, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He is also a director of Green Diamond Resource Company, a privatelyheld, Seattlebased timber company since 2014.
