Mr. Scott Schatz is Executive Vice President Finance Operations and Technology of the Company. He cofounded Townsquare in May 2010 and is a Principal of FiveWire, an entity formed for the purpose of investing in the Company, which he joined in March 2009. Prior to joining FiveWire, Mr. Schatz spent nearly a decade advising companies on valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raises. Most recently he worked in Bear Stearns Technology, Media Telecom Investment Banking Group where he was responsible for the execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for clients such as Freescale, NTELOS, Cablevision, Digitas and Valassis Communications. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Schatz worked as an associate at Brown Brothers Harriman in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group where he was primarily responsible for advising owners of closely held firms in various industries, including health care services, medical technology, telecom services, marketing information services and other outsourced business services. Mr. Schatz began his career as an analyst at J.P. Morgan in its Technology, Media Telecom Investment Banking Group since 2010.
