Before joining American Express in 1992 as a marketing manager, Ms. Biggar held various international strategy and marketing positions in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. She was named one of Folio Top Women in Media in 2014, having previously been named one of the 25 most influential women in travel by ForbesLife Executive Woman Magazine since 2021.
