Mr. Rice is the chief executive officer of Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a national nonprofit organization that he founded in 2001. Management Leadership for Tomorrow equips underrepresented minorities with the skills, coaching and relationships that unlock their potential as senior business and community leaders. Prior to Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Mr. Rice was an executive with the National Basketball Association from 1996 to 2000, where he served as managing director of NBA Japan and as director of marketing for Latin America. Before joining the National Basketball Association, Mr. Rice spent four years with the Walt Disney Company in new business development and marketing, and two years with ATT. Mr. Rice is a member of the Yale University board of trustees and serves on the boards of several nonprofits including the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship Foundation and New Profit since 2013.
