Mr. Keith D. Maio is Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Company. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of National Bank of Arizona, subsidiary of the company. Prior to his appointment to chief banking officer, Keith served as president and chief executive officer of the National Bank of Arizona. He has served as president since 2001 and was appointed CEO in 2005. He joined the company in 1992 and has held positions in commercial lending and real estate. Maio is chairmanelect of the Arizona Bankers Association, and a member of the boards of the Phoenix Children Hospital Foundation and of the Pacific Coast School of Banking. He has a B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking. since 2016.
