Prior to that, Mr. Scruggs was a tax specialist and financial analyst for Ericsson GE Mobile Communications and Assistant to the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Old Dominion Box Company, Inc. Mr. Scruggs has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. Mr. Scruggs also graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Graduate Bank Investment Management since 2007.
