Ms. Suzanne P. Nimocks has served as NonExecutive Independent Director of ArcelorMittal S.A. from January 25 2011. She is also a Member of the Company Appointments Remuneration and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee. She was previously a director with McKinsey Company a global management consulting firm from June 1999 to March 2010 and was with the firm in various other capacities beginning in 1989 including as a leader in the firms Global Petroleum Practice Electric Power Natural Gas Practice Organization Practice and Risk Management Practice. Ms. Nimocks chaired the Environmental Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership the primary advocate of Houstons business community until December 31 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Ms. Nimocks is currently a Board Member for Encana Corporation Rowan Companies Plc and Owens Corning all listed companies. In the nonprofit sector she chairs the Board of Directors of the Houston Zoo and serves as a Trustee of the Texas Childrens Hospital. since 2011.

Arcelormittal Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Arcelormittal's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Arcelormittal inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Arcelormittal.
