He was a full time employee of the Bank since 1987 and became Vice President of Administration in 1991, First Vice President Chief Administration Officer in 1995, First Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 1998, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1999. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sturgis Public Schools Endowment Fund, past President of the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Sturgis . He is the son of director Leonard L. Eishen. since 2003.
