For more than ten years prior to joining the management company, Mr. Higgins was Senior Vice PresidentNational Finance of Lennar, where he was responsible for Lennars projectlevel financing and joint venture asset management. In this capacity, Mr. Higgins has overseen Lennars investment in us, the Great Park Venture and the San Francisco Venture.
